You can download the payment forms below:

• Payment by bank transfer (Once you have completed the transfer, please fax the form together with the bank receipt to the Organising Secretariat: +39 040 3487023)
• Payment by credit card (Your credit card details will be forwarded from the Organising Secretariat to the hotel of your choice to guarantee your reservation. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before the reserved date, or your credit card will be charged with the price of one night. Your credit card details will not be stored and will be deleted.)

Payment includes ONLY the first night as a deposit! You will settle the bill directly at the hotel.
