2006 modeFRONTIER Users' Meeting welcomes "hardware and
software vendors" to exhibit any products or services that
may complement the modeFRONTIER product lines
The Show area, placed all round the Conference room and the
Foyer, has been situated with the purpose to guarantee a central
position to all exhibitors both during Sessions and breaks
In addition to coffee breaks, refreshements will be constantly
available
Please find herewith all useful information you need in order to plan your participation as an Exhibitor and/or a Sponsor.

The fee includes:
- booth space (2mt * 3mt max)
- 2 chairs and 1 table
- power socket and lighting
- 2 full registrations for company representatives
- listing on event web page: logo and company product/description
- logo printed on conference literature (program, attendance certificate, conference posters)
Care of the organisers will be the choice of the most suitable position for each exhibitor's booth. You will timely be informed of the choice which will be made on a first come first served basis

Please indicate in the exhibitor's form if you wish to offer the event an additional support while giving your product more visibility
You can choose to sponsor:
- coffee breaks
- lunches
- social dinner
If you have any questions or special needs, you will find in the form a field to express them.
Due to limited space, the organisers will evaluate your request and send you an email of acceptance specifying the correct amount due. You will then be asked to register your company's representatives using the online registration form for participants.

You will receive a PDF file with all relevant information.
After paying, please send evidence of your payment by fax to the Meeting Secretariat.
